Any shareholder and/or its related parties intending to acquire more than 5% in aggregate of voting shares outstanding of Cathay Financial Holding Company shall notify Financial Supervisory Commission. ( Instructions for Reporting Voting Shares in Accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 16 of Financial Holding Company Act ( 2009.03.13 Announced ))

Application form

Any shareholder and/or its related parties intending to acquire more than 10%, 25%, or 50% in aggregate of voting shares outstanding of Cathay Financial Holdings Company shall apply to Financial Supervisory Commission for approval.
