Cathay FHC upholds the principle of integrity management when conducting business with our suppliers. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, both parties are prohibited from directly or indirectly providing, promising, requesting, or accepting any improper benefits, or engaging in other acts that violate integrity or laws/regulations or breach official duties. Both parties are also prohibited from making false statements on important matters or engaging in unfair transactions through other means such as manipulating, hiding, or abusing the information obtained based on their duties.
