Cathay Technology Conference

In 2020, Cathay took the industry lead by hosting Taiwan’s first Technology Conference organized by a financial institution. Centered on themes of FinTech transformation and innovative technologies, the Conference has been held for five consecutive years, attracting nearly 10,000 participants interested in FinTech and innovation-driven transformation.

Digital Asset Trends Forum

In 2025, Cathay hosted the “Digital Asset Trends Forum – Building Trust to Embrace a New Era of Digital Assets”, marking Taiwan’s first large-scale digital asset industry event organized by a financial institution that combined policy supervision with technological applications. The forum attracted over 2,500 participants both onsite and via live streaming.

Cathay FHC is leading the industry by developing the Digital Employee Experience (DEX), integrating technological innovation with a humanistic spirit to build a sustainable "human-centered" workplace.To support the group's digital transformation, Cathay launched the "Next-Gen Cloud Program," recruiting trainees of varying competencies from 30 different departments.
