孩童培力

國泰意識到台灣孩童受家庭經濟及城鄉教育不均等因素影響其未來發展,所以十分關注不同成長階段孩童所需資源,期能打造平等、可持續學習的學習環境,更希望能培育孩童實踐夢想的能力,創造改變。

青年培力

為使青年縮短學用落差,並培養職場軟/硬實力,國泰與全台各大專院校合作提供多項產學合作計畫及實習計畫,提升青年未來職場競爭力。在面對新興社會及環境議題,國泰提供青年培訓及實作資源,並串連合作夥伴,期能找出新解方。

氣候青年培力

國泰金控長期關注氣候變遷議題,與天下雜誌合作「2020大學生CSR與氣候議題態度」調查,發現在氣候變遷議題上,超過95%大學生認為重要,超過55% 願意採取相關行動,為「培力青年」替氣候變遷找出路,國泰金控自與教育部、臺灣大學、國際氣候發展智庫、臺灣青年氣候聯盟等單位合作,從舉辦青年論壇、推動產學合作到提供實作資源,多方面打造臺灣的氣候人才庫。
