公佈2017年底國泰人壽隱含價值

      國泰金控今日公佈2017年底國泰人壽之隱含價值（Embedded Value，簡稱EV）為新台幣(下同)9,440億元，較2016年底的8,560億元成長10%。

      國泰金控於6月底前完成國泰人壽增資後之股數為57億股，以股數57億股換算，2017年底國泰人壽每股EV為164.8元，反映在國泰金控股數126億股，則每股EV為75.1元。

      Cathay Financial Holdings today announced the embedded value (EV) for Cathay Life at NT$ 944 billion as of 31 Dec. 2017, increased by 10% over prior year.

      Due to the capital injection in June, the outstanding shares of Cathay Life increases to 5.7 billion. EV per share is NT$ 164.8 based on 5.7 billion shares of Cathay Life, and EV per share is NT$ 75.1 based on 12.6 billion shares of Cathay Financial Holdings.
